Ground inspections reveal what is known as “collateral damage” which verifies the blemishes, bruising and impacts also made to the roof. This damage occurs on a range of soft metals such as down spouts, window wraps, and flashings. Our “full view” inspection provides a vivid picture for your insurance adjuster when they determine if your roof constitutes a replacement.
